1 x 90-Minute Deep-Dive Kickoff Session
We start by slowing down — so we can go deep. This foundational session is where we uncover where you are, what you’re carrying, and what’s calling to be reclaimed. We’ll set intentions and create a vision rooted in your truth — not anyone else’s checklist. Then, 7 x 60-Minute Follow-On Sessions
First 4 sessions are weekly — to build momentum and dive beneath the surface.
Next 4 sessions are biweekly — giving you time and space to integrate, reflect, and take aligned action between calls.
Each session is a space for honest exploration, supportive guidance, and gentle accountability.
